This is one of the Hong Kong's best Szechuan restaurants (certainly on the Kowloon side of the city).
Located in Miramar Shopping Centre, this Tsim sha Tsui culinary icon severs very authentic Szechuan fare, both fiery hot and mild, in a pleasant and somewhat elegant environment, and even gained the honor of being featured in the Michelin guide's "Bib Gourmand" (a section of the guide covering "good food at moderate prices")
Signature dishes include Steamed Minced Pork Dumplings filled with Superior Shrimp Soup, Sichuan Tan Tan Noodles, Flambés Shrimps, Steamed Spare Ribs in Spicy Chilli Rice Flour with Taros and Sweet Potatoes, Crispy Chicken Dices with Spicy Dried Red Chillies and Sichuan Peppercorns and Sautéed Prawns in Garlic and Chilli Sauce.
