The ever changing menu features a selection of French-International classics, with the chef's own innovative touch... Pan fried goose liver salad with green apples, hazelnuts and black truffle sauce, Goose liver compose, Creamy lobster soup, Lobster salad and Veal medallions... just to name a few.
The desserts are to die for and, as expected from such a place, there is an impressive selection of French and International wines.
