Mes Amis - Wan Chai

A great place for a night out. They've got three locations in Hong Kong and they are all good (though the one in Wanchai seems to be slightly more popular than the others).

Great selection of wines and spirits, good food (mostly Mediterranean) at reasonable prices, good music and party atmosphere...

Happy hour is from 4 to 9 pm during the week and from as early as 12 noon on weekends.
