Dim Joy

Housed in a restored shophouse on Chinatown's Neil Road, this boutique eatery serves innovative dim sums in a somewhat contemporary surroundings that doesn't resemble the average Chinese food joint...

Other than a choice of imaginative dim-sums (baked, fried, steamed... you name it), Chef Feng Song Tang and his team prepare some other Cantonese classics, including Beef brisket noodles, Pork-rib congee and their likes...

Interior décor is modern and straightforward, with a slight Chinese influence, and there is a small alfresco courtyard which you can opt for, if the weather is not too muggy.

Recommended dishes include: Steamed Dim-sum with King shrimp har-gau, Steamed dim-sum with honeyed char siew, Pan-fried radish cake, Crisp pumpkin balls, Beef brisket noodles and Pork rib congee...

For dessert, you can try their Red bean pancake

Prices are fairly reasonable... even moderate.

Open daily (except Tuesday) for lunch and diner
