This simple Japanese eatery serves some of the most authentic ramen-dishes on this side of town, in a nice and unpretentious environment and at relatively good prices...
The simple-modern and straightforward Japanese décor is not awe inspiring in any way (almost like a fast food outlet), but nonetheless, the place is comfortable and adequately pleasant... Small menu features a limited choice of ramens and gioza dumplings, and although the variety is not wide, whatever is there is really good...
There are three types of ramen available: namely Miso (in a relatively thick broth), Shio and Syouyu (soy-based broth), and they are served with either Char siew (BBQ meat), Butter and corn, Vegetarian or what have you...
Portions are big and the ramen is hands down great (so are the Gioza dumplings - golden brown on the outside, soft and moisture inside...)
Prices are fairly moderate: Around SG$ 15
