Guided day trips are a very nice way to explore this unique and beautiful city...

Located at the third floor of glitzy Pan-Pacific hotel, right in the heart of Marina Bay, this member of the famous Michelangelo group serves classic-contemporary Italian cuisine that combines the classics of traditional Italian cuisine with the chef's own innovations...


Stylish, sophisticated and elegant... the restaurant makes a good choice for either a quiet business lunch or for a romantic dinner, and there is an 'alfresco' dinning area too... overlooking the glittering skyscrapers around.


"Panzanella" bread salad with Portobello mushrooms and Calamata olivesDuck liver foie-gras"Traditional antipasto"  and  Warm spinach salad with artichokes, mushrooms, semi-dried tomatoes and asparagus, in a dressing of virgin olive oil, balsamic and parmesan...  are some of the recommended starters...


Then there is a very good choice of pastas... Pasta Frutti de Mare (with fresh seafood, fresh chilies, white wine, extra virgin olive oil and a sauce of your choice...),  Penne alla Siciliana (with spicy Italian sausage, Calamata olives, semi-dried tomatoes, artichokes, spinach and thyme in a homemade tomato sauce)  and Linguine Tandoor (with marinated Tandoori chicken and spinach in a rosé sauce) are particularly worth paying attention to...



Mains include a decent choice of fish and meat delicacies, including prime beef steaks, Pan fried snapper, Braised lamb Osso-bucco and the likes... their Agnello Marinato alla Griglia  (Grilled and marinated rack of lamb, served with asparagus and mushroom ragout, and parsnip puree) and Cacciagione Gallina Arrosto  (Roasted game hen with herb stuffing served on a bed of couscous and wilted pea shoot laced with a porcini port wine jus) are particularly interesting...


Prices are slightly high, but certainly suit a restaurant of such class: a-la-carte meal is around SG$ 50 - 70


Open daily: lunch is served from Monday to Friday, while dinner is served daily
