The Hong Kong Card allows you to enjoy the city's best restaurants without having to dig too deep in your pockets...
This high end Australian surf-and-turf restaurant serves the crème de la crème of steaks and seafood, mainly selected cuts from the United States, Australia and New Zealand, in an uber pleasant setting that is just as enjoyable as the food itself.
Perched on the 21st floor of "The One" building, on Nathan Road, it boasts a terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows through which you can enjoy breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour and the glittering skyscrapers of Hong Kong Island, as well as Tsim sha Tsui.
Recommended dishes include their Prime Steak Tartare, Colossal Crab Lumps, New Zealand grass-fed Fillet Mignon, Australian Black Angus rib eye (entrecote) and USDA Prime Beef Rib Eye, but even non-steak specialties like the Australian lamb cutlets, or the Grilled tuna steak are extremely nice.
Prices are expectedly on the high side, but the dining experience is superb: Expect to pay anything between HK$ 500 - 1,000 per person (as the case is in such restaurants, it really depends whether you opt for the steak, and which quality do you order).
At the time of writing, they also offer semi-buffet lunch during weekdays, at a rate of approximately HK$ 200 + 10% service, which mainly consists of the likes of quiches, salads and cold cuts, as well as soup and dessert, and an option to order one of their signature main course at a significantly discounted price.
Open daily for lunch and dinner, until fairly late
