Wagyu

As its name denotes, this up class restaurant emphasizes on the use of top quality imported wagyu beef from Australia, although the extensive menu has plenty to offer to non-beefeaters... (Including a special breakfast menu for early risers)

 

Interior décor is stylish and chic, with polished wood floor and panels that render warmth, and clean lines that give the place a modern-elegant look... Ambience is pleasant, although the restaurant can get busy sometimes...

 

Recommended dishes include Wagyu Cobb Salad, Nicoise Salad, Wagyu Burger (one of the best burgers in HK), Wagyu beef fajitas, Wagyu Steak Sandwich, Pasta dishes (most of them are lovely, if you are not interested in beef...) and... of course... the Wagyu fillet steaks, which are simply superb but cost the earth... 

 

Prices are somewhat on the high side, although it really depends on what you order (most of the dishes are not too expensive... certainly not for this class of restaurant): Their set-lunch is a good bang for the buck, at HK$ 135, while a-la-carte dinner should be something like HK$ 400 - 600 (not to mention the Wagyu steaks, which are well over HK$ 500)
