Visiting Singapore ?
Guided day trips are a very nice way to explore this unique and beautiful city...
For something different, you should try this fabulous restaurant. Although getting here is a bit of a hassle, you can combine the gourmet experience with a visit to the beautiful Labrador nature-reserve, which makes the effort worthwhile.
The villa sits atop of a cliffy hill overlooking the ocean and the coastal reserve... The dinning area is quite elegant, yet minimalist in design, with soft hues of light brown and beige. A floor-to-ceiling glass wall allows the diners to enjoy some truly spectacular views of the ocean and the lush green hills... Ambience is tranquil and relaxed and service is flawless.
The food is just as nice as the views... Singaporean-influenced Chinese cuisine, with strong emphasize on seafood.
Good choice of scrumptious Dim-sums (including deep-fried) dominates the starters section, followed by some superb seafood delicacies, like the Sri Lankan Chili crab... Wasabi-Mayo prawns, Fish noodles with prawns and scallops topping, Kailan with scallops and crabmeat, Black pepper prawns and what not...
Prices are slightly on the higher side: around SG$ 40 - 60
