Victoria Harbour serves some of the most delicious dim sum specialties in Hong Kong, in a nice surroundings and at a reasonable price...
Dim sums are not served from a cart, but made to order, which means they are always very fresh, and the filling has a lovely crisp and firm texture, not like the mashy and soggy stuff you get in many places nowadays...
The menu also features plenty of other Chiu Chow and Cantonese delicacies, but dim sum and dumplings seem to be the real "stars", as well as Beef brisket...
Their Citic Tower outlet has windows overlooking Victoria Harbour and Kowloon... which is a great bonus in its own right...
Prices are not too bad (as long as you don't order abalone, Shark's fin and other pricey items...)
Open daily for lunch and dinner.
