Via Quadronno is an Excellent Italian restaurant with a modern, clean design and relatively cozy atmosphere. It opened in Hong Kong just a few years ago and already made a good name for itself, mainly due to its delectable Seafood pasta with tomato-lobster sauce and the absolutely gorgeous Tiramisu (possibly, the best in Hong Kong).
Other nice dishes include Mushroom soup with truffle oil, Parma ham melon, Tagliatelle mushrooms, Spinach cannelloni and fantastic desserts like the Warm chocolate cake and Mango mousse cake.
Prices are somewhat high but food is excellent: Lunch is around HK$ 150 (set menu) and dinner is around HK$ 300-400
