This tiny private-kitchen restaurant serves some of the best traditional Cantonese cuisine in Hong Kong.
Located on Sheung Wan's Jervois Road, the small restaurant has made an international name for itself (including a Michelin award), mainly because of the superior ingredients it uses and the chef insistence to cook the classical Cantonese dishes, even if that means a lot of preparations...
The focus is given to seafood but there are also some outstandingly good chicken specialties and, as in many private-kitchen establishments, you have to book a few days in advance and discuss your order with the chef-owner (who will buy the ingredients especially for you...)
Prices are expectedly higher than in some other restaurants, but the dining experience can not be compared to any ordinary restaurant.
