La Terraza Rooftop Bar is, perhaps, the best spot in the building... Large wooden deck with comfortable sofas all around it... lovely views of old Chinatown, as well as Raffles Place skyscrapers, good selection of drinks and lovely ambience.
Prices are slightly high (not outrageous though): SG$ 40 - 60 for a full, a-la-carte dinner at the bistro.
Open daily (except Sunday): The bistro is open for lunch from Monday to Friday and for dinner from Monday to Saturday, the bars are open from 6 pm till well after midnight, screening take place at 8 pm
