This relatively new venue comprises of a microbrewery, a bistro style restaurant and a bar with live music and a dance floor. Design is quite modern and stylish, with plenty of light wood, glass and mirrors. Ambience is quite lively and fizzy, and there are some fabulous home-brewed beers, as well as a great variety of international beers, wines and liquors.
The cuisine is contemporary-Australian, with lovely combinations that reflect the ethnic diversity of this southern continent... Char-grilled Mediterranean vegetables and Goat's cheese with Balsamic glaze, Sautéed Australian black mussels with garlic, white wine, Chili and Tomato, Thai style Beef Salad, Steak Burger, Downunder Steak n' Kidney pie - cooked with dark beer... and, of course, superb Aussie grills and seafood.
Prices are quite reasonable: A-la-carte dinner is usually around SG$ 40 - 60 (there are good lunch-time discounts on both food and home-brewed beers).
Open daily, from 11 am till 3 am (till 5am on Friday and Sturday nights)
