Visiting Singapore ?
Guided day trips are a very nice way to explore this unique and beautiful city...

.

This relatively new venue comprises of a microbrewery, a bistro style restaurant and a bar with live music and a dance floor.  Design is quite modern and stylish, with plenty of light wood, glass and mirrors.  Ambience is quite lively and fizzy, and there are some fabulous home-brewed beers, as well as a great variety of international beers, wines and liquors.

The cuisine is contemporary-Australian, with lovely combinations that reflect the ethnic diversity of this southern continent... Char-grilled Mediterranean vegetables and Goat's cheese with Balsamic glazeSautéed Australian black mussels with garlic, white wine, Chili and TomatoThai style Beef SaladSteak BurgerDownunder Steak n' Kidney pie - cooked with dark beer... and, of course, superb Aussie grills and seafood.

Prices are quite reasonable: A-la-carte dinner is usually around SG$ 40 - 60 (there are good lunch-time discounts on both food and home-brewed beers).

Open daily, from 11 am till 3 am (till 5am on Friday and Sturday nights)
