This well established buffet-restaurant has been serving its lovely Italian fare and fresh salads for the last God knows how many years and is still doing as good as before...

Located at the basement of Grand Hyatt Hotel, near the corner of Scotts and Orchard Pete's Place is beautifully designed like a rustic Mediterranean Taverna, with red brick walls, vintage furniture, checkered tablecloths and old-style wine displays along the wall... it has a pleasant ambience that can work well for a quiet business lunch and even for a romantic dinner.

The buffet features an impressive selection of fresh salads, as well as a wide range of fresh ingredients you can create your salad from... there is a great choice of scrumptious Italian foods... from freshly baked breads, to pastas and oven baked pizzas. As expected from an Italian eating house, there is a decent wine list and a good choice of lovely desserts (like the Tiramisu) to complement the meal.

Prices are very reasonable: Salads buffet (with soup and dessert) is around SG$ 20 only and for a small addition you can also have a pasta main course. There is an a-la-carte menu too, in case you can't find what you are looking for at the buffet, but it's slightly more expensive.
