Nestled within the stylish ION Orchard, the restaurant boasts a chic and elegant décor that combines classic Chinese ornaments and contemporary motifs, and there are "private corners" too, for those who want to enjoy some intimacy…
The menu reflects the chef's own interpretation of "classic-contemporary Chinese cuisine"... Recommended dishes include Classic Shark's Fin in Supreme Broth, served in a stone pot, with a Crispy Spring Roll on the side, Braised Foie Gras with Blueberry Reduction, Roasted Pecking Duck, Crackling pork belly, and Char-grilled spare ribs with sweet plum sauce… Their XO lobster ramen and Trio of pan seared Foie gras, Wasabi mayonnaise prawn and a slice of Beijing duck are also well worth trying.
Prices are definitely not low, but the food is very good, and so is the service and the ambience.
