This is an excellent and prized Cantonese restaurant, unknown to many visitors but extremely popular anong locals. The chef's combines traditional Cantonese cuisine with his own innovations and the results are simply superb... Their signature dishes include: Spareribs in Strawberry sauce, Deep fried soft meat fish with Garlic sauce, Casserole of Chicken with abalone & mushroom, Braised Shark's fin soup with Crab-meat, hairy crab dumplings, Roast Crispy Chicken , Roasted Pigeon and more...
Service is excellent and the atmosphere is very nice.
