For a real splurge, try the Sunday Vintage Champagne Brunch at the posh Ritz-Carlton Millenia. The Greenhouse, where the buffet is held, is a very pleasant restaurant, spacious and airy, with plenty of light wood furniture and a nice view to the garden.
The buffet features a sensational feast... Including unlimited supply of champagne (Moët & Chandon) and selected wines and cocktails, alongside fresh seafood, cold appetizers, a selection of prime roast meats, great variety of French cheeses, freshly baked breads and, of course, scrumptious pastries and desserts...
Prices are quite high (more than SG$ 100 for an adult) but it's a six star dinning experience.
