Located at the sumptuous Four Seasons, one of Singapore's best and most prestigious hotels, the One-Ninety is an elegant restaurant with plenty of warm wood and a pleasant-relaxed atmosphere.
The rich and diversified buffet features quite a few different sections... from the Seafood section where you can fetch some excellent Sushi, Sashimi, fresh Mussels, Scallops, Oysters, Tiger Prawns, cold Salmon cuts and the likes... via Pasta and Risotto dishes, Salads section, Singaporean-Teochew favorites (Peking Duck, Char Siew, Teow Chew Style Braised Duck, Roast Pork, Sesame Chicken, Chicken Liver Sausage, Dim Sum and the likes...) Noodle dishes and Laksa, Top quality grilled meats, Fois Gras, Freshly baked breads and farmhouse cheeses, 'to die for' desserts and a free flow of Martinis and freshly squeezed juices.
Prices are slightly high (it is the Four Seasons... after all) but the dinning experience is superb
