The extremely prestigious restaurant is owned and inspired by the world's most awarded chef, Alain Ducasse, and specializes in contemporary French and international cuisine, featuring a unique and innovative dining concept which gives diners the freedom to mix and match different foods and cooking styles.
The unique interior was created by New York designer Tony Chi, and features 550 Venetian hand-blown glass spoons on the ceiling, as well as an open kitchen and a completely see-through wine cellar, lining the hallway leading to the restaurant. The floor to ceiling windows offers those stunning panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island for which the InterContinental Hong Kong is renowned.
