Delicious thin crust, wood-fired pizzas are the specialty of this popular restaurant, part of a small but successful local chain.
Their slogan, "Spizza for friends", emphasizes their philosophy of serving good and unpretentious Italian fare at a price everybody can afford, and although Spizza is probably not the kind of place where you will bring your sweetheart for a romantic candlelit dinner, it is certainly a pleasant restaurant with a cozy Italian décor of red brick walls and a wood parquet...
The menu features a reasonable choice of nice Salads, Antipasti and Soups for those who want to have a starter, but luscious Pasta dishes and Pizzas are the main draw... There are 23 types of pizzas on the menu and they are all named like Italian girls... From Ursula (Tomato, Mascarpone, Spinach, Smoked Salmon and Capers) to Sofia (Tomato, Mozzarella, Shrimps, Mussels, Scallops, Calamari and Fresh Basil) and from Laura (Quattro Formaggi - "4 cheeses") to Elisa (Basil Pesto, Mozzarella, Tomato, Black Olives, Pine Kernel and Parmesan).
Prices are very reasonable: a decent meal should be around SG$ 25 - 35
Open daily for lunch and dinner (on Saturday and Sunday, it also stays open between lunch and dinner)
