This cheerful and vivacious café serves nice Turkish fare in an enjoyable environment and at reasonable prices.
Located at Shaw Towers, just a few steps from The Raffles, it boasts a relatively spacious dining area, simply and pleasantly decked out with some comfy corner-sofas where you can lounge with your cup of coffee, the Turkish way... Ambience is pleasant and easygoing, service is quite good and the food is excellent... Generous portions of luscious kebabs, lovely salads and gorgeous desserts...
Although the menu is not insanely diversified, it has all that is needed for a delightful Turkish feast... from "Mezze" (dips & salads) like Hummus, Eggplants salad and Stuffed vine-leaves to Turkish lentils soup and from a decent selection of juicy kebabs and Musakka to lip-smacking desserts like Baklava, Turkish chocolate pudding, Stuffed figs and traditional Turkish apple-tea.
Prices are not bad at all: around SG$ 20 - 30 for a decent meal.
