Describing Miss Clarity Café as a bistro might be a bit confusing, as the small place looks more like a teenage girl's dream room, with vivid colors and childish cartoons on the walls. The food, however, is good and although it's not exactly French haute-cuisine, it's quite tasty and makes good value for money.
