This splendid restaurant serves lovely traditional Sichuan cuisine in a very pleasant environment. They have two outlets in Singapore and both are equally good: The original one, at Park Royal on Beach Road, boasts a very classic-elegant décor and has an authentic teahouse en-suite, where you can enjoy traditional Sichuan high-tea. The second restaurant, on the 60th floor of UOB Tower, is where you can enjoy some breathtaking views of the city...
The extensive menu features a wide variety of authentic, flavorful Sichuan delicacies. Recommended dishes include: Eight treasure seafood soup, Spicy seafood combination, Chong qing diced chicken with spicy chili, Shredded chicken with sesame sauce, Crispy Beijing roast duck and Spicy & sour meat dumplings in chili oil.
Prices are certainly not very high, considering the standard: Their a-la-carte buffet dinner is around SG$ 40, while the Imperial high-tea is SG$ 15
Open daily for lunch and dinner (Imperial high-tea is served in the Park-Royal teahouse, daily, 2:30 - 6 pm)
