Cute Shining Stone is possibly Shek O's only "proper café "... where delicious western-style and homemade food is served in a lovely environment.
During the day, the ambience is quite casual and you can seat outside, at the open air and enjoy your meal "alfresco". During the evening, however, the atmosphere is more romantic, with plenty of candles...
The menu features a selection of scrumptious European dishes... Smoked salmon salad, Pastas, pizzas, Giant burgers and lovely desserts like the Chocolate pie with ice cream and the ultimate Mille Feuille with Raspberry & Blueberry.
Their coffee is probably the best you are likely to get on this side of the island.
Prices are slightly high for this area but the value is good: dinner is around HK$ 100-200
