This excellent restaurant is very popular among Central's white collars and businessmen, so you'll better book ahead if you plan to come here for lunch (dinner is less busy).
They serve fabulous Shanghainese cuisine, as well as a nice selection of dishes from other regions of China (mainly Huai Yang), in a pleasant atmosphere.
Signature dishes include Sauteed fresh water shrimps and Braised Mandarin fish.
Prices are slightly high but definitely justified: Dinner is around HK$ 300 per person.
