Also located at the ground floor of trendy Gallery Hotel, this relatively cozy eating house is the local outlet of a very famous Japanese brand of noodles - Sapporo Nishiyama noodles.
Interior décor is quite modern yet simple, and the restaurant gives the feeling of a homey "neighborhood joint"... pleasant and not too snobbish. You can either seat indoors, at the small air-conditioned dinning room, or dine 'alfresco' (although having piping-hot Ramen in Singapore's tropical weather might not be so pleasant...)
As you can imagine, a decent bowl of Ramen is the main draw of this place... In order to keep their authenticity, they bring all the ingredients directly from Hokkaido, Japan, and the results are quite good... the noodles are actually fatter and more luscious in texture than the ordinary Ramen.
The Miso Tonkotsu (with chicken and pork-bones broth) is the restaurant's "must-try" but there are quite a few other soup-bases, worth considering...
Prices are quite reasonable: SG$ 15 - 20 should be enough.
Open daily, for lunch and dinner (closed on Wednesday) - be prepared to wait for a table, unless you booked in advance.
