Accommodated within a beautiful replica of an 1800s Mississippi riverboat, docking permanently next to Marina South Pier, this restaurant serves some very nice Tex-Mex fare in lovely surroundings.
Loyal to the overall theme of the boat, the restaurant is nicely decked out like an old Louisiana venue... Ambience is pleasant and comfortable, service is good and the food is quite delicious... not too sophisticated or pretentious, just a decent selection of luscious Tex-Mex delicacies... Quesadillas with plenty of smoked turkey, Sautéed onion and Jack cheese, Barbecued pork baby-back ribs, Sizzling fajita (chicken or beef) and Chimichangas (deep-fried burritos) are just some of the nice stuff on the menu...
After dinner, you can have your coffee at the 'alfresco' Breaking Bread Café, on the boat's bridge-deck.
Prices are slightly high but the dining experience is really lovely: Around SG$ 35 - 55 for a full a-la-carte dinner.
