Sakunthala's Restaurant

This lovely and unpretentious restaurant, part of a small local chain, serves a wide variety of scrumptious South-Indian delicacies, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, in a pleasant environment and at a good price.

Thosai (Dosa), a rolled crispy crêpe, stuffed with various fillings and served with different sauces and deeps on the side, is the restaurant's "must try" although Briyanis and curries are also fantastic.

Prices are very moderate: SG$ 10 - 15 will be more than enough
