Visiting Hong Kong ?
Guided day tours are a very nice way to explore this unique and beautiful metropolis...
Created and inspired by internationally-known chef, Joel Robuchon, this extremely prestigious Macau restaurant is probably the city's finest and most exclusive dining venue.
The restaurant's interior design is very elegant and posh, with heavy curtains and soft carpets. The atmosphere is refined and tranquil, service is impeccable and the food is sensational: The classics of French cuisine, with a modern twist.
Here are some of our recommendations: Puff pastry stuffed with foie gras and truffles, Tomato stuffed with guinea fowl and foie gras, Caramelized breast of quail stuffed with foie gras and mashed potato, Shrimp "Bolero" - in a sauce of cream, lemongrass and truffle oil, Seafood risotto with scallops, crayfish and squid, Scallop, squid and shrimp with saffroned fregolas and basil emulsion and Braised Wagyu cheek pepper aromatic and creamy polenta with parmesan...
The desserts here are simply gorgeous and the restaurant's well stocked wine cellar (shared with Don Alfonso 1890) boasts a wider choice than any Macau restaurant, and is possibly among the best in East Asia, with a selection of almost 7,000 bottles.
Prices are very high: Expect to pay much more than MOP$ 1,000 per person (excluding wine and alcohol) for an a-la-carte dinner. Set lunch is a better value.
