This humongous restaurant is well known for its wide selection of fresh seafood specialties and has received quite a few awards, including the Best of the Best Culinary Award of the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
Simple, nice setting by the sea and a fairly extensive menu that features a wide variety of seafood dishes: fish, prawns, crab, lobster, scallops, squid and what not.... all fresh (from the restaurant's numerous aquariums) and very tasty.
You might want to give a try to one of the restaurant's prized specialties, like: Spicy Fried Prawns, Fried Crab with Honey & Pepper, Rainbow Fish (Star Garoupa) and Fried Lobster with Butter Sauce.
One of the great things about this restaurant is that it offers free ferry service to patrons, coming from Central and Tsim sha Tsui, so you can enjoy your meal and spend a nice day at leisure without having to pay for the transport (you have to book in advance though)
Prices are quite good: Dinner is around HK$ 150-300 and there are some good set-menu options, worth considering.
