Praia Grande serves a decent selection of scrumptious Portuguese and Macanese specialties in a lovely environment and at relatively good prices...
The small, two-story restaurant features an elegant, old style décor, with arched windows, crisp white tablecloths and iron furniture. Ambience is pleasant and relaxed and they have live music in the evening (mostly Portuguese and Latino).
As far as food is concerned, the menu has a long list of fabulous dishes to choose from... Portuguese style Tapas, Macanese dim sum, Curry crab, Grilled Jumbo Prawns, Stuffed Crab, African Chicken, Seafood paella, Bacalhau dishes, Portuguese style steaks and BBQs... just to name a few...
The lovely meal is complemented by some very good desserts (their Baked mango with ice cream is certainly worth trying), excellent wine list and friendly service.
Prices are reasonable: dinner is around MOP$ 100-200 per person
