Located at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, on the south bank of the Singapore River, this popular restaurant serves excellent and authentic Italian food, in a soothing and pleasant environment and at a surprisingly reasonable price... (Well... they cater for different budgets, so it really depends on what you order)
Elegant and modern décor, with semi-dark wood parquet that stands in contrast to the crisp-white tablecloths and the spacious light hall - Bright and airy during daytime, tranquil and romantic during the evening...
Service is very good and friendly and the menu presents a decent choice of authentic Italian classics, with strong emphasis on oven-baked pizzas and pasta dishes (some would say the best in Singapore...)
If you are hungry enough (or if that's all what you want), you might want to start with their "antipasti buffet" which boasts a good selection of lovely starters.
Their Squid ink pasta and Lobster pasta are highly recommended, but it is advisable to "shop around" the menu and have a word with the waiter before placing an order...
Impressive wine list with hundreds of new-world and old-world labels, together with some outstandingly delicious desserts complement the fantastic meal...
