Recommended dishes include: Bacalhau Rolls, Grilled Portuguese Sausage, Grilled Sardines, Baked Eggplant Stuffed with tomato & cheese, Squid Fritters, Bacalhau Soufflé, Baked stuffed whole cauliflower or broccoli with minced meat, Baked Macau Sole topped with seafood, Beef Tenderloin with Black Pepper Sauce and Grilled Veal Steak with Garlic Sauce. There is also a good choice of desserts.
