Although finding this restaurant is a bit of a mission, it's certainly worth the effort... Pleasant ambience, outstandingly good Cantonese food and impeccable service make Pearl River Palace one of the best Chinese restaurants around this part of the city.

Their dim sum and dumplings seem to be a major draw, but the other Cantonese specialties are not falling behind... Braised shark's fin with crab roe, Roasted crispy pork, Roasted crispy chicken, Steamed sea bass with garlic and what not...

The real good thing about Pearl River Palace is that they serve reasonably priced lunch and dinner buffets, so you can get to try different items without having to dig too deep into your pocket.

Prices are quite reasonable: Their a-la-carte buffet is about SG$ 30 - 35 (dinner is higher than lunch and weekend rates are higher than midweek)
