The menu is fairly extensive, with a good mix between different flavors... Homemade pasta dishes are a big thing here and, as a matter of fact, it will not be an exaggeration to say that some of the best pasta dishes in Singapore are produced here...
Recommended starters include the Sautéed scallops with white wine and béchamel sauce and the simple but delicious Insalata Caprese.
Pasta section favorites include Spaghetti alle vongole in bianco (with fresh clams, olive oil, white wine and parsley), Linguine ai frutti di mare (with plenty of different seafood), Pappardelle al ragu d'anitra con funghi (large ribbon pasta with ragout of duckling and mushroom), Spinach ravioli filled with ricotta and sundried tomato, Cannelloni tubes, filled with lamb and topped with tomato cream and parmesan and Ravioli filled with fresh salmon, served with tomato and cream sauce.
Other recommended mains include Cassuela ai frutti di mare (rich seafood stew), Grilled salmon steak with olive oil and balsamico, Filetto al gorgonzola (pan fried beef tenderloin, with white wine and blue cheese sauce) and Grilled Italian sausages flavored with white wine.
