Orange tree is a superb restaurant with an intimate-exclusive design, polished wood parquet, peach colored tablecloths and soft lights... Works very well for a romantic evening or for a quiet meal...
The cuisine is Dutch-International (the only restaurant in Hong Kong that specializes in Dutch cuisine) and the menu features some tantalizing specialties like: Deep fried veal dumplings with Dijon mustard, Smoked salmon with crab meat and garden greens, White snapper fillet with saffron seafood sauce, Sautéed spinach and vegetable pearls and Lamb fillets and eggplant baked in puff pastry on creamed leeks and rosemary jus... Very good steaks and lovely desserts...
