The kitchen produces generous portions of juicy "American southwest food" (from the U.S. states of Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado & Utah).
Smoked duck wraps, Chicken quesadillas, Stuffed jalapenos and Santa Fe' crab cakes are the most recommended starters, while recommended mains include Pork baby-back ribs, Grilled lamb chops, Arizona chicken & bean stew and a variety of sizzling Fajitas, among other things...
