Owned and inspired by one of the world's most acclaimed Japanese chefs, Nobuyuki Matsuhisa (who is better known as “Nobu”), this outstanding restaurant serves innovative and modern Japanese cuisine in an elegant setting that matches up with the sensational food.
Nestled on the second floor of the InterContinental Hong Kong, right on Tsim sha Tsui's waterfront, Nobu also offers gorgeous views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Island, and is therefore a particularly good choice for early diners who want to enjoy the sunset.
Diners can opt for the Omakase sets,or choose from the a-la-carte menu… Recommended dishes include Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa Dressing, Lobster salad, Chilled tuna tartar with caviar, Seared scallop with Foie Gras, pear and shiso salsa, and A5 Saga Wagyu Beef with truffle egg sauce.
The Sushi assortment is superbly fresh: Fatty tuna, Uni and Ebi are among the best in town.

During dinner, you can choose the Nobu Signature Tasting Menu, at almost HK$ 900, or pick your own choices from the menu.
