Located at the Esplanade Mall, it is the first "artistic restaurant" of the Tung Lok Group, one of Asia's most creative restaurant chains, and the idea behind it was to create a place that will take the dining experience to new heights, by putting a great deal of emphasis on design.
The ambience is fairly pleasant and relaxed... makes a nice choice for a romantic dinner, as well as for a business luncheon. Service is expectedly good and the food is simply fantastic, although the portions are sometimes a bit small (as the case is in many "über prolific" restaurants...).
Wagyu beef, Foie gras and their likes are starring alongside local ingredients like Hor fun noodles, to create a range of fusion dishes that are as creative as their names... Tender, Delightful, Divine (Braised duck confit with ginger, served with fragrant truffle rice), L'amour du vert (Crispy Tempura Tiger Prawns), Pillow Talk (A roulade of crispy fried Soft shell crab), Dance of the wind (A double-boiled seafood consommé, served in a young coconut) and Tropical Sunset (Braised ocean Cod fillet with Basil leaves, served with fragrant truffle rice) are just some of the names you'll come across on the menu.
Prices are slightly high, but certainly not for a restaurant that made it to the world's 100 best restaurants list of some internationally known magazines.
For example: Set lunch is around SG$ 60 - 80, while set dinner is about SG$ 90 - 110
Open daily for lunch and dinner.
