Located at the luxurious Grand Hyatt Hotel, this superb lifestyle restaurant has a rather peculiar name that reflects its location, at the mezzanine floor, as well as its theme: to serve nine different international cuisines under one roof.

The large dinning area is stylish, modern and sophisticated, with polished wood parquet, light wood panels, open kitchen and a properly stocked martini bar with floor-to-ceiling window overlooking Scotts Road.

The nine dining concepts you can find here are: Western style grill & rotisserie, Sushi and sashimi bar, Japanese Yakitori grill, The steam basket, European deli, Thai deli & crustacean bar, Patisserie, Martini & cigar bar and a Gourmet boutique.

Food is outstandingly good, ambience is very pleasant and somewhat chic and service is flawless... all in all, it's a fantastic dinning experience.

Prices are not low: a full a-la-carte dinner can easily get to SG$ 75-100 per person.

Open daily for lunch and dinner (On Sunday, they serve a buffet style Sunday brunch). The Martini bar stays open until 2 am
