Named after the picturesque "Red City" at the foothills of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco, this resto-bar serves a decent range of drinks, as well as some lovely Middle-Eastern mezze (tapas) and finger-foods in a charming environment.
Very "Moroccan" décor with comfy cushions scattered around low tables, lavish oriental fabrics, brass paraphernalia and stained glass create the perfect ambience for a quiet, relaxed evening... The cozy alcoves are great for those who seek some privacy.
The food here is quite nice (especially the dips platters and the kebab-skewers), although it is definitely not the most "authentic Middle Eastern" you can find around Singapore.
Prices are quite average for a Clarke Quay venue
