The Hong Kong Card allows you to enjoy the city's best restaurants without having to dig too deep in your pockets...
In spite of its Portuguese sounding name, this excellent restaurant actually specializes in a fusion of Chinese cuisines and the chefs here combine traditional cooking methods with contemporary twist.
The main emphasis, however, is given to the Huaiyang cuisine of China's Jiangsu Province, and the delectable Dim-sum seems to be one of Lua Azul's main draws. Other menu highlights include Sautéed Diced Beef with Garlic, Braised Chicken and Shrimps Dumplings in Supreme Soup and Braised Thousand Layer Pork.
Décor is modern and elegant, with straight and clean lines, dark wood panels and glass-fronted kitchen that allows you to see the chefs in action. Ambience if fairly pleasant.
Prices are slightly high but the food is very good
