Visiting Singapore ? Guided day trips are a very nice way to explore this unique and beautiful city...

Housed in a beautifully restored heritage building, within Singapore's Kampong Glam district (Arab Street), this two stars restaurant serves the classics of European cuisine, with the chef's modern interpretation.
Interior décor is elegant and soothing: Soft hues of cream & beige and crisp white tablecloths, ambience is pleasant and relaxed, and the food is simply superb...
The menu features a decent selection to suit all pallets... Our recommended starters include Black truffle and cheese soufflé, Pan fried foie-gras with apple celeriac confit in raspberry vinegar and sherry honey and Baked foie-gras black truffle puff.
Recommended main dishes include the Crispy duck-leg confit with leek fondue and raspberry port-wine sauce and Grilled chop of milk-fed veal.
As expected, desserts are also a big thing here... Their Chocolate molten cake and soufflé are both worth leaving some space for.
Prices are slightly high, but the dining experience is fabulous: a-la-carte dinner is around SG$ 60 - 90, while set-lunch is around SG$ 20 - 30
Open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
