Located in a charming old shophouse, along Chinatown's popular Club Street, this relatively small eatery serves delicious French fare in a lovely environment and at a reasonable price.
The décor is very homey-French sort of, and there is a tiny porch at the entrance, where you can dine 'alfresco', surrounded by lots of tropical plants, or you can dine indoors, at the cozy and elegant dining room, where crisp white table-linen match the white walls and the beautiful black & white photographs.
Food is rich, flavorful and delicious, just as expected from a Provencal bistro, and comes in relatively generous portions : The Pan-fried Fois gras is lovely, the Rib eye steak (entrecôte) is juicy, and the Steak Tartare and Duck breast are also highly recommended.
As anticipated, there is a good selection of French wines and desserts to complement the lovely dining experience.
Prices are quite reasonable for this kind of treat: Around SG$ 50 - 75
