Ideally Located on breezy Boat Quay, facing the Singapore River (the word Kinara actually means riverbank in Punjabi), this restaurant serves lovely North Indian cuisine in very pleasant surroundings. You can either walk through the intricately carved wood doors, guarded by two sculptures, and dine in the air-conditioned dinning room, or opt for an 'alfresco' meal, right by the waterfront.
Ambience is pleasant and comfortable, service is quite good and the menu presents a decent choice of nice North-Indian fare... not much in the way of great surprises... just good, authentic food served in a very nice ambience.
Prices are just slightly high for an Indian restaurant... but it is Boat Quay, remember? Around SG$ 30 - 50
Open daily for lunch and dinner
