Visiting Singapore ? Guided day trips are a very nice way to explore this unique and beautiful city...
|
Established back in the 1960s, this popular eatery has long become an icon in Singapore's culinary scene...
With a few outlets, the humble eating-house chain is particularly known for its legendary Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee: A dish that consists of fried egg noodles cooked in Hokkien (Fujian) style. The noodles are served with prawns, squid and richly flavored spicy condiment. Other than the scrumptious Prawn Mee, they also serve some fantastic Southeast-Asian seafood delicacies... Chilli Crab, Black pepper crab and Cheese crab... just to name a few...
The eateries are all pleasant... Nothing much in the way of sumptuous décor or awe-inspiring ambience... but quite relaxed and with a nice 'alfresco' area on the pavement.
Prices are quite moderate: less than SG$ 20
Open daily, from 11am till the wee hours of the night.
Kim's cuisine is on 43 Joo Chiat Place (Junction of Tembeling Road)
