Almost hidden on little Gough Street, just off Sheung Wan's Aberdeen Street (beneath Hollywood Rd.), this small and humble corner shop has long established itself as one of Hong Kong's top culinary icons, thanks to its legendary Beef Brisket, which keeps on drawing customers from far and wide...

The Beef Brisket is served either in plain meaty broth or in a curry broth and can come either with or without noodles (noodles are really nice, so it would be a shame not to take them). It's tender, chewy and flavorful, and refills are very cheap, so you can go for a second helping, no matter how tight your budget is.

The tiny shop is very popular and at lunch time there's a long queue outside its doors... Evenings on the other hand, seem to be a bit better.

Prices are very moderate: around HK$ 50

Open daily, from morning till 8 pm (closed on weekendfs)
