This nice and unpretentious restaurant serves good North Indian cuisine at a fair price and in a simple, no frills environment.
There is nothing too extravagant about the interior design... but the restaurant is pleasantly decked out and the ambience is OK, all in all...
The menu features a reasonable selection of familiar Punjabi favorites... Pakoras (Indian fritters, coated with rich batter of chickpea-flour), Tandoori chicken, Chicken Tikka, Sheesh Kebab, Aloo Gobi Sabzi ('dry curry' of potatoes and cauliflower), Palak Paneer (Paneer cottage-cheese with spinach) and what have you... everything is quite fresh and delicious...
Both a-la-carte and buffet options are available (buffet is usually served around lunch time).
Prices are quite moderate: SG$ 15 - 20 should be more than enough
