Imperial Kitchen is a very good restaurant, specializing in the cuisines of Peking and Shanghai. The large dinning hall is spacious and pleasantly designed, and the staff are friendly, and will be happy to assist you with the unfamiliar names on the menu, so it's worth talking to them before placing your order...
Signature dishes include: Authentic barbecued Peking duck, Sweet & sour fish, Dry braised prawns with soy sauce and Steamed Shanghai minced pork dumplings.
Prices are fairly reasonable : Dinner is around HK$ 100-250
